This camp reminded me of the importance of turning to God and to expect to see God and His response. If I do not see God, experience Him or give Him time to respond, then the practices of drawing near to God will become burdensome. This helps me to enjoy the essence of the schedule and spiritual discipline to live out true fellowship with God and brothers and sisters.
I am also touched by the worship and family time arrangement where we get to hear true stories from precious brothers and sisters to help us treasure different truths and real-life experiences among us. Two topics that stood out to me were “true success” and “life and death experiences”. It reminded me of my passion and true love for God and to renew my decision to love Him and follow him. He is my lot and my portion. Only He is worthy of my life response.
