Ever since the Saturday training on preaching the gospel, not only am I more confident in preaching as per my last blog’s sharing, but I am also reminded to pray and plan continuously to pave the path for our family members to believe in Christ.
Since then, I have been praying and making plans with some sisters including myself in our group to reach out to our family members. Thank God that one of the sister’s family member started to join our meetings on Sunday after a few outreach activities; I was able to preach to my dad; my mom also started to join church meetings on Sundays. And next week I will have dinner with a sister’s mom to try to preach to her; and I am setting weekly goals with another sister to do something for our parents to express and follow up.
Leading our family to Christ is a long journey and requires patience and continuous prayers, planning and follow up. I realize how much more God is waiting patiently for each person to go back to Him. I am very glad that I can co-work with the Lord and brothers and sisters to make God’s love dream come true on our beloved ones!
