In this camp, I learned not to complain when things aren’t ideal, but not only that: I learned to give thanks for them instead. In the past, whenever something didn’t go my way, I would be really stressed and annoyed. Also, I would grumble in my heart when people asked me to do things that I didn’t want to do, like chores. Throughout this trip, however, God used the environment to train me to have better endurance. He also opened my eyes and my heart to care and consider for people outside of my own little bubble.
